My name’s Aaron Jones, and I’m the starting Running Back for the Green Bay Packers. 

In my second year in the NFL I finally got my big opportunity, seized it, and went on to lead the league in Yards Per Carry. Now entering my third season I’m getting back on the field bigger, faster, and hungrier than ever. 

But before getting to do all those Lambeau Leaps and all the perks of playing NFL football, I was just a kid from a military family that moved from small town to small town.

I only had 3 offers to small colleges coming out of high school so NOTHING was guaranteed.

One of those schools was UTEP and I decided to stay home with my family and double down on OUTWORKING EVERYONE and INVESTING IN MYSELF!

I didn’t have access to expensive trainers, state of the art facilities, or fancy equipment while growing up in El Paso, TX. But what I did have was drive.

And I did what you’re doing now. I tried to find a program. Too many programs. Wrong programs. And Wrong Trainers.

I took advice from people who never made it to the NFL or played in the pros, and it failed me.

Injuries. 

Fatigue. 

Weakness. 

So I did what I had to do and carved my own path with my own workouts and training program.
